Meet the Doctor

Dr. Jennifer
Bossel, DMD

Dr. Jennifer Bossel devotes her practice to the perfection of her patients’ smile. Dr. Bossel believes that a smile is often the greatest factor in gaining a positive first impression. By helping countless patients achieve their ideal smile and optimize their oral health, she has become an expert in the dental craft.

Dr. Bossel takes pride in her multi-cultural background: She was born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco by her French father and Moroccan Mother. She has become fluent in French, Spanish, Arabic, and Hebrew.

Dr. Bossel developed a passion for horseback riding and show jumping at a very young age. Her devotion and hard work enabled her to become a two-time national medalist at the Women’s Royal Cup in 2003 and 2004.

Dr. Bossel believes that healthy dental occlusion is the key to getting less dentistry as patients age. In recent years, dentistry has shifted from a “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it” approach to prioritizing prevention, aiming for a healthy, functional occlusion to avoid costly dental treatments in the future. For that reason, Dr. Bossel has developed a passion in clear aligner orthodontics. She became Invisalign certified in 2011 and was recently awarded Invisalign Gold provider status.

At the age of 17, Dr. Bossel was offered a full scholarship at Yeshiva University in New York City. She left Morocco on her own, with a new mission and a challenge to excel in the field of science and dentistry. She graduated on the Dean’s list and received a B.A in Biology.

Next, Dr. Bossel moved to Florida to attend Dental School at Nova Southeastern University School of Dentistry. It was here where she found her true passion and continued to excel in her studies. Her score at the National Board of Dentistry Examination was in the nation’s top 10 percentile.

After graduating dental school, Dr. Bossel’s new passion and commitment to dentistry led her to pursue an additional year of advanced residency training at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. She was exposed to countless advanced dental cases. She focused on mastering surgical therapies for complex dental pathologies. She is most proud of her work with patients in the AIDS clinic, which gained her invaluable friendships, memories, and experience.

Once she completed her advanced training, Dr. Bossel returned to Miami and began practicing dentistry. For 4 years, she continued to demonstrate her mastery of skills in general dentistry, restorative and preventive dentistry (fillings), endodontics (root canals), and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Bossel is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, The Florida Dental Association, The Los Angeles Dental Society, and The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

When Dr. Bossel is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her children. She also enjoys Zumba dancing, cooking, biking, hiking and traveling.

Dr. Shantel
Ramin, DDS

Dr. Shantel Ramin is a highly skilled and dedicated general and cosmetic dentist based in Beverly Hills, CA. She holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). With experience in a variety of dental practices Dr. Shantel is committed to delivering exceptional patient care with a focus on comprehensive treatment plans and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Shantel specializes in restorative and cosmetic procedures such as crowns, veneers, root canals, implant restoration, and Invisalign. As a perfectionist at heart, she strives to ensure every patient leaves with a healthy, beautiful smile. Fluent in Farsi, personable, and patient-centered, she’s passionate about creating a positive experience for all her patients.

When Dr. Shantel is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys traveling, cooking and trying new restaurants with her husband and son.

Dr. Ariel Farahi,
MD, DMD

Dr. Ariel Farahi is a dual-degree, board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon from Los Angeles. He earned his D.M.D. and M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also completed his general surgery training and oral and maxillofacial surgery residency, serving as chief resident. He later completed a prestigious fellowship in orthognathic, facial reconstructive, and pediatric surgery at the Texas Medical Center.

Dr. Farahi specializes in corrective jaw surgery, dental implants, complex bone grafting, dentoalveolar surgery, and general anesthesia. He has received multiple honors from the AAOMS and has published in leading journals, including the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Marni, their children Jamie and Naomi, playing golf, watching the Lakers, and being outdoors.
